One of the only advancing glaciers in the world. A UNESCO site. The ice wall is 70 m tall and 5 km wide. Massive ice chunks calve into Lake Argentino every few minutes. The advancing ice periodically dams the lake, then ruptures spectacularly. Named after Francisco Moreno who explored Patagonia.
